Ways to Work with Me

I offer various ways to work together to suit personal preference and desired speed of progress:

ONE-ON-ONE

A program tailored to your needs. By phone, video (Zoom or FaceTime), or in person.

The goals of a personalized session or wellness program are to resolve concerns specific to you and your body, and provide you with tools for a lifetime of balance. We will work not only on finding the right foods for your body, but creating life awareness on all levels. 

Private programs are tailored to each individual person, but usually include:

*Integrating new, better food into your diet
*Dealing with cravings
*Deciphering those darned food labels
*Taking consistent action
*Making simple lifestyle changes
*Making better food choices at work
*Being healthy on-the-go
*Finding ways to add exercise into your routine

After each session, I will email detailed notes so you can focus on the conversation at hand, not on your pen and paper.

-An initial, single consultation is usually 75 minutes in duration.
-A 4-month program generally consists of two 50-minute sessions per month (first session being longer), with unlimited email support between sessions, plus food samples, articles and access to my vast lending library. (Some clients prefer a shorter session once a week instead of 2x per month; enquire about this possibility.) Four months is an idea length of time to see big, long-lasting changes in your health and awareness of your body.
-A 3-session mini program can be spaced as you wish.
-An email support program begins with a one-hour initial phone consultation; subsequently, all support is via email. I will send you weekly recipes, articles and motivational reminders that are relevant to your unique wellness goals, plus you'll have the ability to send me unlimited email questions.

In any scenario, during the first consultation, we'll discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. Even this first encounter will demonstrate how an individual approach can create a major shift in your outlook.

-Private health food store excursion--together, let's nix the robotic food shopping and really look at the offerings in your local health food store. Ever picked up a food product and wondered, "What the heck is this?!” You might be surprised how new, upgraded items will fit into your current meal repertoire.

-Private hands-on cooking classes that focus on quick, easy, delicious meals.

-Kitchen cupboard revamp--I come into your own kitchen and help you evaluate what's to keep and what's to toss.
