I work with clients by way of consultations--either single sessions or programs.

The goals of a personalized wellness program are to resolve concerns specific to
you and your body, and provide you with tools for a lifetime of balance. We will
work not only on finding the right foods for your body, but creating awareness on
all levels.

Like most people, you've probably tried a slew of diets at various times of your
life, and may have even managed to do well on some for a few weeks or
even months. However, the emphasis such diets place on willpower, deprivation
and denial is both unnecessary and counter-productive. Reality is, unless you
have a plan that is practical, works with your lifestyle, and takes your
individuality into account, it will not last.

Together, we'll gradually introduce new, healthful foods, and new activities...and
such habits have a natural tendency to take hold and ease out the less healthful
ones. Almost guaranteed, you'll naturally begin to crave those foods and activities
that make you feel and look your best.

single consultation is usually 75 minutes in duration.

3-month program generally consists of two one-hour sessions per month,
with unlimited email support between sessions, plus food samples, articles and
access to my vast lending library. (Some clients prefer a shorter weekly session
instead of 2x per month; enquire about this possibility.)

3-session mini program can be spaced as you wish.

buddy program is a fun way to share in the transformation with a
friend/partner.

In any scenario, during the first consultation, we'll discuss your unique situation in
depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. Even this first
encounter will demonstrate how an individual approach can create a major shift in
your outlook.

We can work together in person, by phone, or by video (Skype), depending on
your schedule. Detailed notes are always emailed after a session.
