(Workshops or mini-consultations also make fun/helpful party backdrops!) Health Food Store Excursions: Private or group health food store excursions designed to take the overwhelm out of healthy food shopping. Private In-Home Cooking Lessons: Kitchen secrets--learn to prepare fast, easy, healthy, and delish meals. Kitchen Cupboard Revamps: I'll team up with you to help determine if products in your kitchen help or deter you from reaching your health goals. And in the case of the latter, I'll be sure to offer alternatives! |
